At Direct Law Solicitors based in Skerries, County Dublin, we are happy to agree a set fee at the start of a transaction where it is possible to do so. Where a set fee cannot be given at the start (eg in a personal injuries action*), we will give you an estimate of legal costs at the start and give you the basis upon which fees will be charged.

| Residential re-mortgage We charge a flat fee of just €895 + VAT and outlays for residential re-mortgages. | €895+ VAT |
| Wills For a standard Will we charge just €250 plus VAT (€350 for a couple) | Single €250 Two Wills €350 |
